Code once, manage via the interface. Write a custom Nix module for a device class (IoT, k8s node, POS terminal) here - each save must pass the Nix eval gate before it commits. Then manage it without touching code: assign it to a scope (org, group or device) from Settings, and if the module declares dawo.* options they appear in Settings and Integrations to tune per scope. Overlays are additive down the scope chain.
